How do I schedule my appointment?
After completing the form with your name, email and what you expect to discuss and get from the session, you will receive further instructions on how to reserve a time for your appointment.
What channels are used to carry out the session?
We mainly use Zoom as the main platform to conduct our sessions. Check for other platforms if required. The sessions may or may not be recorded and it is established by mutual agreement between the parties before the first session.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you need advice more than once, you have the option of selecting a pack of sessions.
Does the session include any additional work?
The session does not include any additional work apart from the session itself. The delivery of any subsequent work or document must be by mutual agreement between the parties.
What if some post-session work is needed?
In some circumstances, the session triggers additional research or work. All duration, budget and terms of this additional work will be agreed between the parties.
Sessions can be either in English and/or Spanish language.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
You have up to 24 hours before the session to cancel or change the session date, at no cost. After this period, no refund is made.
